Big Physics Symposium Call for Presentations

National Instruments invites customers, partners, and researchers to submit an abstract to present at NI Week 2010 symposium on August 2, 2010.  The symposium will cover applications and technologies in the field of particle accelerators, plasma fusion, light sources and telescope and highlight the following topics:

Technologies

·         EPICS & other Middleware

·         Digitizer technology for control and diagnostics

·         LabVIEW                                                                             

·         Timing & Synchronization                                           

·         Real-time High Performance Computing

Application Areas

·         Beam Control

·         Beam Position Monitoring

·         Low Level RF Control

·         Magnet monitoring

There will be oral and poster sessions. Presenters will be intimated by Jun 30 about the type of session that they have been selected for.

July 22, 2009                       Final Presentations due to NI
