I have done FPGA programming for acquiring EMG,but am able to see the changes in the Raw signal when i contract my muscles but i am unable to filter the waverformand unable to find the power spectruma nd RMS of the waveform ,when i filter the raw signal ,i am getting the sae raw signal,i am attaching my snapshot of code and EMG signal samples.please help me where i have done mistake and help me to filter my EMG signal.
Please also confirm if my acquired EMG signal is correct or not.
