Hi All,
We receive many emails for using File Format Converter to convert TDMS file to MAT. Unfortunately, there may be some bugs which leads to partial conversion. We will fix the bugs in next release.
For those users, I suggest currently you could directly use TDMS file in Matlab. See this article - Reading TDM/TDMS Files with The MathWorks, Inc. MATLAB® Software.
