st segment elevation or depression detection in ecg

hi all,

how to extract only the st segment for detecting its elevation or depression (useful for mi diagnosis). how to set the threshold level from baseline? (say, above 1mV, its elevation) and how to compare the template with real time ecg for the same purpose..?

please help!

Hi,

Currently the Biomedical Startup Kit doesn't provide such functionality. You could find some paper about the method and try to implement in LabVIEW

If you have some paper/documents/LabVIEW codes, you could share here and we are willing to have a look.
