Emerson/NI/NHR Tech support is useless

A couple years ago when I read that NI purchased NH Research I had high hopes. Those hopes have faded into despair as tech support is useless. I have been a NI LabVIEW user for 20+ years. Yet NI has no record of me ever using their products or contacting support. 

 

And I just got hung up on! 

 

NHR was the worst but Emerson/NI has made the worst even worse!

I have some NHR 9300 and am facing issues with the equipment when in discharging mode. I instrumented both DC and AC lines, current and voltage, and noticed that when I increase the discharge power, the ac lines voltages goes from the "normal 480V" to mid-to-high 500s and the cabinet turns off because of its internal break opens. Any advise? Thanks!
