In this thread Rob Cole shows us the technique to be able to customize a control that is being customized is now back. I posted an example of an array index control replaced with a Guage control that lmits the scroll range.

In this thread Stephen Mercer drops in and does a virtual walk-through of the memory management performed in LV when and where buffers are allocated for instances of Class data and other interesting comments.
I concider it a interesting read and an absolute requirmement if you wan tto understand LVOOP and memory usage.
He also touches on the difference between desk top machine and RT OSs.
As usual warpp your head in duct tape before trying to understand.
