Fair enough, simply misunderstanding so.
Just for the record, I enjoy being able to discuss different opinions without automatically starting th flame war, something which I can sometimes be rather adept at doing....
If my tone gets harsh or aggressive, it is purely related to the topic at hand and is in no way directed at any person. I get into a lot of trouble with that. ![]()

Same here Shane.
For my part I should mention I don't compose my postings prior to posting. They are mostly a flow of thoughts in no particular order. The replies by you and others help me edit those thoughts in my head.
Take care,
Ben

😎 Mandate study of the constituion and the bill of right a requirment for high-school graduation. Ensure the first is understood as "Freedom OF religion" NOT "Freedom FROM religion"......
I am not a religious person. I am often catagorized as such because I speak of God often. I do not call myself religious becuase there is no religion that I have found that is consistent with my persoanl relationship with "my magic sky god". Whet I share regarding God are my own thoughts developed while growing my relationship with him. It is a personal relationship and no worldy organization can tell me I am right or wrong. As such I am 100% responcilbe for getting it right and no others. That being said...
I'm not sure that's a good idea. If students need to understand the Constitution & The Bill of Rights, then there may be a lot less students graduating.
As for freedom of religion, what does religion got to do with Faith? I agree with you on the 2nd paragraph. I don't see a reason why man-made rules to control the masses by creating a religion has anything to do with Faith. But I won't get into that. From what I read, you are like the French, so you should not oppose them. 😄 But you see, that's what that freedom is all about. Now what if some crazy religious leader opposes your views and your liberties? Who will protect your rights? That's the problem the planet has. People forget where man-made rules start.

My favorite hypocrite. Al Gore, the godfather of "global warming" and the carbon tax made $100M selling his Current Network to Al Jazeera, i.e. Big Oil. Now he can buy an even bigger carbon footprint. ![]()

I was wishing for some "global warming" on my below-freezing motorcycle commute this morning.

If the discussion contained nothing of value, would those be hollow points?

40°F this morning on my commute. Didn't even need the grip warmers, and if this weather keeps up the liner will be coming out of my jacket.
I'd really like some snow though, what little we found saturday was hard and tracked up.
Break-in on the new sled is almost complete.
(that tree came out of nowhere, i swear)
Then head north. Don't go this way much, might have to explore this area a little more. ![]()
