Good shot! 🙂
I Actually got the opportunity to grab a beer with Mike once. I've seen pictures of him jumping off of larger cliffs on a sled

Isn't that harmful to the beer? My understanding is that's a serious offense in Canada!!! Worse than risking harm to coffee here in the Pacific Northwest! (He types as he reaches for another sip of his morning brew...)

Ray, they haven't used wheels on snow mobiles in a long time! 😉 Speaking of snow, how is it up in "The Great White North"? We have gotten around 8" (20cm) or so down here since Monday (April Fool on us!)

Ice broke up on Oneida Lake (5 mile wide in front of my house X 24 miles long). The roughly 70 swans that had occupied the open water in the ice last week have moved elsewhere (maybe just around the corner into sheltered water, now that the main body of the lake is open water). A pair of Bald Eagles has appeared again in our neighborhood, discussion is whether a nest is being built nearby.
Heard a wood pecker in one of the trees near my house. So there are signs of spring, even if the weather forecast this morning was for more snow. It is supposed to be a lot warmer by the weekend.

Ah, Spring in the Finger Lakes!
Spent five years High Above Cayuga's Waters. Beautiful part of the country!
But I really enjoy my adulthood home despite my allergy suffering!

"High above Cayuga's waters, there's an awful smell, some say it's Cayuga's waters, other say ..." Graduated one of ours out of there two springs ago, have a senior at Ithaca. Then our excuses for going down Ithaca way will have to be the wineries!
