I suspect the videos I have shared from that LLC with all of the digging may give you a bit of a dirty taste so for something different, this is a video of the new LLC.

I have this idea that if you want to buy a place because of the view, then you should purchase the view as well. This new property fulfills that requirement. 

My wife is very pleased with it and I did get her to agree that we are done buying real estate for now.

I had to visit Lowe's last night to pick-up some supplies for that most recent acquisition. GFCI outlets, wall plates for same and repair stuff to fix the toilet not being bolted down properly. By the time I managed to find the right color GFCI's and plates, a good bit of the evening was over. So rather than get started weeding only to stop soon after, I took the time to shot a video that amounts to a tour of the garden. In it you will see what my neighbors would see and hear when I take them around the garden. If you have twenty minutes and would like to take a virtual walk around my backyard, well here you go! Don't expect anything too impressive since I still have a real job and my garden has to take a back seat to my many other projects.
