Labview Core 2 Online Training Problem with quizzes?

Solved!
Go to solution

Hoping someone knows the "fix" for this.

I went through Labview Core 1 online training several months ago with home and work computer. It worked fine for several months.

Now, trying to use Core 2 online traning, the quizzes are not working for me. I can watch the videos OK, but when it gets to the quizzes, it just shows the first questions, then goes to the next video. In IE (suggested browser) I see no text. In Chrome, I see text but it does about the same thing. Very anoying to not have the quiz feedback for each section on a class I paid for.

I have spent a week with NI online training support, only to resolve they believe it is an issue on my end. Does anyone else know what may be going on?

Core 1 was on an older training system they had, and worked fine at home system and work system.

Core 2 (using their new presentation window) worked fine for the first week, 2 weeks ago. But after that I lots my history (so I had to start over to see course list grey out) , had loading issues issues and cannot play quizzes both at home and work computers.

Both my work computer and home computer are having the same problems, and it appears to only be with the NI training interface. I have been looking for the cause before continuing my training but have not found anything on my end.

I was told that out of 25,000 users, I am the only one experiencing this problem, and it appears to have started after a recent update to their training website...so I'm kinda stuck on thinking it is not my problem.

Did I miss something?

Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or know how to fix it?

Hello Circuitmage,

I have the same problem.

It seems you have fixed it. Please could you give us more details about the fix.

I tried to use IE and Firefox but I don't know the player running in background.
