Need to find out how well two colors will combine in regards to readability? Perhaps you allow users to customize the colors of your program, but you want the software to warn them about bad contrast, or handle it by adding a contrasting background color e.g.?
I needed this to ensure readability of scale names and markers when a graph was set up to reflect the colors of the plots on their associated scale, but could not find a VI that did the calculations.
