Free beam scanner.
I wrote this for our lab's beam scanner.
current features include -
Positioner.
1000*1000 scans (tested).
Scans at different Z values.
No hardware jumping.
Digital shutter control.
Analog shutter control during the scan.
The global variable file holds the physical addresses which you will need to adjust to your hardware.
I used Labview 8.5, DAQmx 8.6.0 and a MIO PCI card.
This piece of software is in working order however it is not well documented.
