Introduction to DQMH

DQMH is the world’s most popular 3rd-party framework for LabVIEW, and was designed to facilitate the robust implementation of complex LabVIEW applications, while still being accessible to CLAD/CLD-level LabVIEW programmers.

The slides were last refreshed in January 2025. The demo files are included below (saved in LabVIEW 2020).

Dear Darren, good morning!

Could you kindly let me know if the DQMH module (latest version) is the most suitable option for integration with the PXIe-8862 RT controller?
I'm a beginner and plan to read accelerometers and thermocouples, as well as control a pneumatic cylinder and a lubrication system in a gear test bench — all in real time.
The initial idea is to have only the user interface with a "tab control" for monitoring and controlling all systems on the host computer, with the rest running on the RT target.
Do you think this is possible?
