USB-443x Verification Calibration Installer

Overview

While performing the USB-443x Calibration Procedure, you need LabVIEW in order to complete the following two sections: AI AC Coupled Gain Accuracy Verification and Timebase Frequency Accuracy Verification

Description

If you do not have LabVIEW, you can download and use the attached installer. The code is also available if you have LabVIEW.

Steps to Execute Code

1. Download zip file.
2. Extract and run the .exe file.
3. When the VI opens, be sure to change the channels and other settings on the front panel as needed.
4. Run the VI.

Requirements

Software

For the code, you need LabVIEW 2012 or later.

For the installer/executable you don't need anything else because it will install the Run-Time Engine and appropriate drivers.

Hardware

NI USB-4431 or NI USB-4432 along with proper software and calibration hardware as specified by the procedure.

Good afternoon,

I downloaded the VI file attached, but when I attempt to open it in LabView, I get errors that certain VI files are missing. I am running LabView 2014, DAQmx 9.6, and cannot figure this out. I noticed you made mention of a zip file with an exe attachment but I do not know what it is and it is not attached to this article. Any help would be appreciated.

The attachment is not the the installer, I downloaded the 443xVerificationCalibration.VI, and opened it up with LV2014, set the dev to dev1 ai0, applied a signal and ran the vi with no errors but then when I tried to export the data to either an Excel file or copy it to clipboard the vi Crashed. I was following the instructions in the Verification Procedure, page 6.  Is there another piece of software to do the Verification/Calibration.  and second question/subject.......... why isn't there a Calibration Executive procedure for this when NI has so many other boards with similar measurement properties.
