There is a problem in the document that was posted.  There is a section "Where to go from here" right below figure 13.  It has an Internet Explorer cannot display webpage error in that section of the document (all the rest looks okay).

I think this is the offending piece of HTML code.

Thank you for pointing that out. The link was pointing to an internal server instead of the public FTP site. I have corrected it on the document.
