585C Pulse Microwave Counter Part Question

I am working on a 585C pulse microwave counter and it has a seized up power switch will not turn on two questions as follows:

1. Are there any technical data from the manufacture that shows disassembly of the front panel to access removal and replacement of this switch?

2. Is the parts available for these counters and if so do you have a POC to contact to inquire about parts needed during our troubleshooting process
