6211 counter crosstalk

I'm trying to count 2 independent signals using ctr0 & ctr1 on a USB-6211.  The signal on ctr1 is a clean TTL, but the other is from an inductive pickup, is sublect to RFI, and is dirty (jitter).  There seems to be a lot of crosstalk where I'm seeing the signal from one source on the other channel, and this can be from either source.  I've double checked the pinout connections and switched the sources and ctr inputs around.  It even happens when either source is disconnected.  I've also tried filters, shielding, and cable rerouting, but think there is a problem inside the 6211.  Thanks.

Hey,

I had a question is the clean signal or the jittery signal causing the problem? As lines to both the counters are independent. I would suggest trying one signal at the time and see if you can replicate the issue.

Doesn't matter.  Disconnect one, I see the signal on both channels and vice versa.  Thanks
