Change clock amptitute in PXIE-6674T

Right now I am seeing -2.5V ~ 2.5V in the oscilloscope. Is it possible to change the amp and offset of the clock signal? I what 0V~3.3V output 10MHz clock output.

It seems you can route clock to PFI lines, they are single ended, it will convert with some fixed delay. Page 25 of the manual has routing table.
