Essentially trying to output the same pulse on two Counters of the 6602 board

I am using the 6602 as a trigger source to drive a laser. The laser must be run continuously. After an external trigger, I want to put small hiccup in the system such that the trigger source that drives the laser has a small time delay in order to synch up to the external trigger. On another counter I want to output the same trigger pulse only after the external trigger. I have managed to use the frequency shifting to insert a small time delay in the laser pulse train, but I am not able to output the same pulse train on a different counter. My solution presently uses various gates to output a similar pulse train on the other counter, but I have not been able to get the "same" pulse train
on the two counters. Any help would be appreciated.

I am confussed on why you need two counters to output the same thing. Is it that you are sinking too much current if you only use one counter? Can you describe your application a little more for me?

Specifically, I have a laser that requires an approximately 15Hz trigger to remain in thermal equilibrium, ("warmed up"). I have to synch the laser trigger to an external trigger. After the external trigger, I then delay the laser pulses, but I also want to THEN trigger a set of cameras. I only want to trigger the cameras after the external trigger so that I can acquire images after the external trigger not before, which would be damaging to the cameras. Therefore, I was hoping to then be able to output the same 15Hz trigger out on two different counter outputs AFTER the external trigger signal...

I'm still a little confused on your application, though think I may know what you need to do.

Can you use the external trigger to trigger a Single Pulse Generation. Then use this single pulse to Gate the counter that is generating the pulse train for the camera. Set the delay of the Single Pulse to the time delay you need before the camera starts.
