Has problem when Run NI-DAQ Examples with Microsoft Visual C++,error 10403

I use Windows ME , Ni-Daq 6.9.1 and PC-TIO-10 on my computer,when i run Example program: 9513generateSquareWave.c on Visual C++ has error, i don't know of error 10403 can't solve problem.

As the PC-TIO-10 is based on the 9513 chip, it's strange you got that error there. That error 10403 happens when you try to make a particular board to execute some task which is not supported by that hardware, which is not the case here.
I advise you to test the board in MAX, and then try to run any other example code which starts with 9513. If you see that same error again, try to install the board on a different machine and try the same example. If the same error shows, your board is probably damaged.
