I have a laser TTL signal that I need to convert to a Quadrature signal. I'm not too familiar with Quadrature signals so not sure how to do this. Is there NI hardware to do this ?

I'm not too sure what you mean by Quadrature signal, can you provide more detail and I'll gladly advise you further.
