How can the VI be modified?

Can someone help me with an example showing how to modify the VI attached? The aim is to get to change the frequencies on the fly but reading from an array. Each element (frequency) must run for 10 milliseconds before the next one is read and run also for 10 milliseconds and so on.

I'm looking for a programming help, or being more specific to improve the vi I've put together.
I'm getting a big delay (about 2ms) when there's change from a frequency spec to another. Is there a way I can get it done as fast as possible?
