Is it possible to use a Quadrature Encoder with Labview 7?

I'm trying to use a quadrature encoder with a usb-6221 and labview 7. When I ry to use vilogger to do this, it sas that vilogger 2.0 can only read analog inputs. Is there a way to read my encoder with labview 7?

Hi tmaul,

I would recommend that you try to accomplish this task using NI LabVIEW SignalExpress.  I think you will find this is better suited for your application.
