Multiple Digital and analog Inputs using two M series cards

Dear All:

            I got two M-series 6221 cards that are designated as card A and B.  Each has two counters.  For card A, it has three analog inputs and two digital inputs wired to two counters. For card B, it also has two digital inputs similarly wired to two counters. Now I modified the vi program that I attached and put all the vi data acquisition parts (3 AI and 4 DI) into one big loop using software timing. The sampling rate is set 1 Hz. It can only work for a while, 13 s and can not last longer. It works fine when I removed two counters acquistion inputs  using Card B  from combined vi. Comments are greatly appreciated!

How have you set up the cards?

What error messages are you receiving after these 13 seconds?

Could you also please include your code so that I can find anything in your code that may have caused the errors and I'll get onto it ASAP.
