Need info. on CTM05.

I am working in MIT and I HAVE to use this CTM05 installed dos-machine to collect data. However, the system does not work and I can not send my signals into the PC. Thus, I would really aprreciate if you can give me some more information about CTM05. At least, I want to know the pins so that I can tell whether it's the card, or cable, or interface.

I believe the CTM-05 is a Keithley counter/timer board. You can find information about that board from its manufacturer. I was able to find the user's manual here:

If you are using this board with a peice of NI hardware, please let me know what you are using and if you are experiencing any issues with it.
