I see that you'd like to connect the PCI-6602 to a SC-2062. Unfortunately, there isn't a straight forward or supported way to connect a PCI-6602 with a SC-2062. The SC-2062 typically connects to Data AcQuisition (DAQ) cards using a SC-205x cable adapter, but the cable adapters can only be used with certain DAQ cards. A list of the compatible DAQ cards is listed in the SC-205x user manual which can be found on our website or by going to this link: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/320385d.pdf.
I'm not sure what your application is, but if it's possible, my recommendation is to try using either a different DAQ card or a different relay device.
