PCI 6601 error: "No DMA channels currently available"

How can I make more DMA channels available to the board?

To help you troubleshoot the issue better, is there an error # that accompanies that message? Do you have any other PCI boards in your machine? I look forward to your answers.

Thanks for your reply. I've since found that the PCI6601 only has one DMA channel, so I'm upgrading to the 6602.
(My application requires 3 continuous buffers of data, therefore requiring 3 DMA channels.)
