Thank you for the tip! Post-processing is something I've considered after discussing with Kevin above. Perhaps it would be workable to take timestamps, then integrate and plot in post-processing. In my original post, I linked a previous NI forum thread where someone was attempting to do exactly that. It does not seem that the photon counter is compatible with a hardware timed solution, unfortunately...
