Solve This We have tried this for a month with no answer even from National Instruments Tech Support

We have the following devices
*9411
*9215

We are trying to Trigger an acquisation on 9215 on  every Rising and Falling edge  picked up by 9411.The 9411 Picks up pulses from an encoder which works at 180PPR.So when we have rising and falling edges per channel we will have 180*2 that is 360 count.Can this be achieved if so How can this be done in VB6 or C.
