Systemtime write to File with value of measerment

Hi,
I have a problem a hope someone can help me.
I measure all 2 seconds a current form a system and safe the values in a file. For time reference i use the tick count function. Is there any posibility to safe the systemtime instead of a very big number which contains the timereference in ms from the beginning of the measerment.

Use a second tick count function outside the loop and build the difference between the value inside-outside.

Now I have the relativ time from the beginning of the measerment. I wanted the absolut time from the system, but it's also not too bad.
