Hi, I am relatively new to labview. I am trying to visualize the pulse trains generated by counters. Specifically, I am using labview2010 and NI-6608 ctr0 to generate a 10Hz pulse train with duty cycle of 0.5. I connected ctr0 OUT terminal of the 6608 card to the signal wire of a BNC cable and one of the D GND output of 6608 to the ground of the BNC cable. The BNC cable was connected to Tektronix digital oscilloscope. I expected to see a nice pulse train of 0-5V at 10Hz in the oscilloscope. But I did not see any pulses. The vi I used is attached. I must be doing something wrong. Do I need to convert the counter pulse output into an analog out signal first? Can anyone help me how to visualize the counter outputs in an oscilloscope? Thanks Ani
