control operation - timing

I am using a 6601 DAQ card, and LabVIEW v.5 to execute my experiments.
I am looking for an example / application which might be used to generate in two counters (one is for the camera, second for an LED array) different finite pulse train gated (triggered) by an encoder every N position (defined angular position).
I have already found an example "generate single pulse every N position.vi" which I could perhaps apply but it is unfortunately for LabVIEW v.6. I can not open it in v. 5, is there a possibility to convert this application to the v.5?

Hello;

The way to go about that is to set one counter to operate in the mode "retriggerable pulse generation", and to use the output of that counter as the gate for the other two counters, and those two counter need to be configured as "pulse train generation".
