First, you posted to the wrong board. This is for NI counter/timer products.
There is no driver from NI for the 6669. You can check with Fluke to see if they have one.
Otherwise, you will have to devolop your own code. You might want to start with a driver for other Fluke counters such as the PM6666 or the PM6680.
