max 3.0 doesn't recognize my PC-TIO-10 card at all (NI DAQ version 7.0). Do I have to install a older version?

After upgrading my computerhardware and using windows 2000, I can't fix my PC-TIO-10 (ISA-Bus) card with DAQ or MAX. (NI5911 and GPIB is working)

Yes, NI-DAQ Version 7.0 no longer supports the PC-TIO-10. This is discussed in the NI-DAQ 7.0 Readme file, available from the following location:

NI-DAQ Version 7.0 for Windows 2000/98/ME/NT/XP

You will need to uninstall NI-DAQ 7.0 and install NI-DAQ Version 6.9.3.

Furthermore, since the PC-TIO-10 is NOT a Plug and Play device, the installation procedure is not perfectly straightforward.
