Hello,
I don't manage to connect my NI-9361 counter input module with a NI-9171 USB cDAQ.
I've updated all the NI-DAQmx drivers to the 18.0 version.
Thank you,

Hello,
As I can see on the screeshot, there is an issue to detect the hardware in MAX ?
Have you try to connect the cDAQ-9171 on another USB port ?
The DAQmx version is good.
Could you add a screenshot when you select the cDAQ-9171 on MAX to see what is the message at the right of the window ?
Have a good day

Hi Eloise,
Thank you for your answer.
I tried all the steps, but I don't manage to force the driver on my computer, even selecting the file directory where NI installs the drivers. I Attached screenshot.

Hello,
Could you test the cDAQ-9171 on another computer ?
Could you change the USB cable ?
Have you another NI Hardware USB to test on your computer ?
Have you USB 3.0 port ?
