I have only experience with a ICPDAS ModBus device M-7050 - http://www.icpdas.com/products/Remote_IO/m-7000/m-7050d.htm

(1) The DCON configurator from ICPDAS set set device for Modbus, similar program for Advantech?

(2) an DASYLab example for Digital Input / Output usage

Hello Greek,

I use all kinds of ADAM modules with Dasylab 9 since years. Because the Dasylab 9 ADAM driver is very poor (not complete), I prefere to use RS232 module with ASCII ADAM's protocol.

It's very simple and it's word fine!

The other way, if you do not want to study the communication protocol, is to buy the OPC server for the ADAM and use Datasoket Modules of Dasylab 9. It's more easy.
