Hi,
I'm trying to read pulse signal from USB-Quad08 with Dasylab V10, but each time I got the error message "This board does not have 9513 counter".
I have configured the board with Instacal and the hardware test is ok. I used "Counter Input" module(Modules-->Inputs/Outputs-->MCC-DAQ-->Counter Input) to read the signal from counter channel. "9513 Counter Input" displayed and I didn't modify the settings. After connected a recorder chart module I run the application. The error message appeared.
I noticed that USB-Quad08 board has 9513 counter. But why the error occur? How do I get the signal from it's encoder channel?
Ps. I can get the DIO signals with Dasylab, but I can not get any signal with TracerDAQ, even I can not find USB-Quad08 in it's DAQ device list.

Hello,
This is one of those times when I'm going to suggest strongly that you contact your reseller, or contact Measurement Computing directly.
You can reach them at 508-946-5100, or use the online support form at www.mccdaq.com.
They will tell you that DASYLab does not yet support this device. They will also discuss TracerDAQ with you.
You can review the complete list of supported devices here.

Thanks for your reply. Does that mean we can not use Quad08 together with Dasylab? My application is to measure the pulse width of a signal about 10kHz which can tell it's uniformity. Any proposal for this?
