Is Adlink DAQ 2205 card supported by DASYLab version 11

Hi,

During installation of DASYLab ver 11 with the serial number, the ADLINK DAQ2205 Card (Multifunction card) selection in the data acquisition vanishes, however when you run the trial version it shows the DAQ 2205 card option.

Any help would be great.

If it appears in the Evaluation version, which has few limits, and not in your purchased version, then it's probable that you did not purchase that driver when you bought your license. Drivers can be specifically activated or deactivated, depending on your purchase.

You will need to contact your reseller to resolve this.

Thnx cj for the prompt reply, we were upgrading from a version 3.5-FULL to version 11-FULL. They advised us to reinstall from the CD provided and enter the s/n when asked, did exactly as they suggested.

Rang them up but they responded that it maybe a fault with our card, surprisingly opposite to what you are suggesting. And at the time of ordering, we did tell them all our configurations to them. But it seems they made a mistake, but atleast with your sensible solution we will get back to them on Monday.
