The computer I am working on is now Windows 10 and I keep getting this intermittent error. Sometimes when I reboot I am fine other times not so much. Just wondering if you have heard of this with DASYLAB 12...

DASYLab 12 was never tested on Windows 10.
We had that problem with DASYLab 13 on Windows 8, so I assume that's it's related. I have a patch for DASYLab 13, but not 12, since Windows 8 and later were not supported by DASYLab 12.
Your only option is to update to DASYLab 2016, which does list Windows 10 as a supported operating system.
I wish that I had better news.
