can't install on DASYLab the NI DAQmx board 6221

I need some help to install the NI DAQmx PCI 6221 board. Even thought MAX has successefully test the board, DASYLAB don't recognized it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! Please I need urgent help on this.

"MAX has successefully test the board" Are you sure?

That means that your board installed successfully.

In fact I advice to reinstall the driver for Dasylab. http://www.dasylab.com/content/driver.php

You should note the drivers are different according to the version of Windows.

What version of Dasylab ate you using? You need Version 9 (or higher 😉
) to work with DAQmx. Also, you need to create a task in MAX for your
measurement and then Dasylab can use this task.

I have a PXI/SCXI system thats about 5 years old with windows XP sp 2. I have installed and used Dasylab 8 on this system and used the NiDaq driver to access the hardware successfully. I'm now trying to install Dasylab 10.0.1 from a CD onto this system with no success so far. Do I need to upgrade this system in some way or upgrade WIndows to make it work with Dasylab 10? I have had no luck installing the program. JLW

if you were successfully working with V8, then you should choose the NI-DAQ driver when you install V10. You have a choice of NI-DAQ or the newer NI-DAQmx.
