datasocket problem with dsdata

I'm using Dsdata, Dasylab 8 and Automationdirect PLCs (205). I can read data from the PLC easily by the Datasocket Vi doesn't seem to transmit to the PLC to control it. What tips can you give me to do this? The syntax for the data read is "DSData OPC Server/[daisy]v2000:b" my quotes.

TIA

JLW

What is the block size of the data that you are sending to the DSExport module? It needs a block size of 1 to work correctly.

I was wondering about block size too. I don't know where to set that.

You can post your worksheet here, and I can comment on it, or you can send it to techsupport@mccdaq.com, attn: CJ Butler, for me to handle directly.

Block size did seem to help to allow control with the correct syntax. Thanks for the help. JLW
