Hello,

I use dasylab as a waverecorder. The recorded data is stored in a .DDF
How can I produce a print out, like a line writer?

Use the Chart Recorder module - and print its display window to your printer.

If you already have the DDF file, you can replay it, display it and print it, using the Read Data Module and the Chart Recorder module.

What is the way to print a long term running signal? Visualize it with the chart recorder and then to print it sheet by sheet? Is there a possibility to do that by a routine?

You could set up an Action module, based on a timer (TTL Pulse Generator) that is configured to pulse at the width of the Chart Recorder window (see the X-axis settings). The Action could then be directed to print the Chart Window when it detects the rising edge of the pulse.

Because Windows-based printers are mostly page oriented, DASYLab doesn't have a way to smoothly scroll a chart to a page continually, as a paper chart recorder with a roll of paper will do.
