trigger chart or recorder

Hello

I want to simulate a traditional scope with trigger function. The signal starts from the left and at the trigger event it returns to the left
For instance this would result in a "stable non-moving" curve in case of a sine.
I have attached a little program that resets (using action button) the recorder every time it is triggered. The recorder starts from the left.
However this only works for low frequencies as the resetting can't follow at high speeds. Furthermore the resetting is an asynchronous action
I would like to know if there a better solution for my problem?

thanks

You will have less problems using a trigger and a Y/t chart, like a real oscilloscope.
Look at the small example joined, and add all the functions you have on an oscilloscope.
It's very funny with Dasylab !
