ERROR 1073 - XLR8 SUB_SET_COLOR_XSSF.vi

I'm trying to build an application to deploy on other PCs.

Every time I build an EXE or installer I receive:

Error 1073 occurred at ~\XLR8\subs\Sub_Set _Color_XSSF.vi

Possible reason(s):

LabVIEW: This property is writable only when the VI is in edit mode, or this method is available only when the VI is in edit mode.

I'm not touching this particular VI or any cell's colors / formatting / etc.

I open a .xls file via "Open Create Workbook.VI"

Read a numeric value via "Read Cell.VI"

Then close the file via "Close Workbook.VI"

Any ideas on how I can correct or get around this?

I never heard about this - a shoot into the blue: do you own a XLR8 license, is the toolkit activated?
