3D table & the interpolation in DIAdem

Hi All,

I have got data in a 3D table like this,

and I want to import it to the Data Portal.  Just wondering if DIAdem is able to do that?
In addition, just wondering if there is method, in DIAdem, to estimate the map value given current and temp input?  Many thanks.
