Batch Installer with 2019 tools that are not "setup.exe"

Noticed that DIAdem and other 2019 tools/drivers have changed from setup.exe installers to install.exe.  When I try to add DIAdem to the batch installer 19.0 batch installer does not recognize the directory as containing a valid installer says it is looking for "setup.exe".  Anyone know a way to get the batch installer to recognize the new install format?  Or is batch installer being replaced with Package manager?
