Hi,
I cannot open AVL PUMA .ATFx files as data stores since installing DIADEM 2010. I still have 11.1 installed but I cannot use it to open the files anymore either.
I use to be able to open a file as a data store, drag my data to the data portal, choose submatrix, and load it into the data portal. From that point, I would save the data as a TDM file for ease of use.
My other collegues have the same problem. They both have 2010 installed.
I tried to attach the file that I am trying to open, your system does not recognize .ATFx as a valid extension.
Anyone have any ideas? Help Brad help!

Hi All,
Weston and I are pursuing the details of this issue via email, but for the rest of you there are some points of general interest here. First of all, DIAdem 2010 installs an updated version of the ATFX DataPlugin, so that can potentially change load behavior. Second, DIAdem 2010 has a completely revamped user interface in the NAVIGATOR for ASAM-ODS servers and ATF(X) files. The new interface mirrors almost exactly the DataFinder GUI that we've had since DIAdem 10.0 for all DataPlugin data files. In this particular customer case, the data channels had to be loaded from the ASAM-ODS submatrix in order to succeed, instead of from the normal measurement==>measurementquantity hierarchy. In DIAdem 11.1 this was a pop-up menu option when dragging channels from the NAVIGATOR to the DataPortal. In DIAdem 2010 you can configure your DataFinder to show the submatrix node in the tree view and then either drag from the submatrix node or the measurementquantity (channel) node to indicate how to load the channel.
