Cant see diadem under license manager

I cant see Diadem under the license manager. Diadem used to work on my machine when i was getting the license from the license server. The server is down and i am trying to activate it using the serial number. But I dont see diadem under local licensing. I can however see labview there.

Diadem version is 10.0

Hi Anne,

It sounds like the default license files either were not installed, or they were removed at some point.  You can get these licenses again from our website.  You will need to place them in C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\License Manager\Licenses\ and then activate the license you have from NI License Manager.  Hope this helps!

Yes that helped to get Diadem to appear under the license manager. The only problem was our key doesnt work with the files you gave. But we installed version 10.1 and that works fine. Thanks for your help.
