ChnHICCalc returns same results

I'm trying to calculate the 15ms and 36ms HIC however, the function is only giving me a 13ms result (1084.9 - 1071.9 = 13). I've tried calling the function with just the HIC15 as true, just the HIC36 as true, and just the (d)ms as true, but only get this 13ms window back. I'm not sure if its a problem with my data? I'm new to DIAdem and this testing procedure.
