Communicating with MATLAB Example

Hello,

I stumbled across the Communicating with Matlab example and I was really excited that the example generates identical results between MatLab and DIadem when calling an FFT

This seems to work really well with the sine wave generated in the example but has anyone ever tried to tweak the example to work with real data?

The reason I have asked this is I have a matlab script to analyze data using an FFT and I wanted to translate it such that I would run it exclusively in DIAdem and I cannot get to seem the example to get me similar results when using "real" data.
